Insurance FAQ

We understand that you have questions about what to expect at Sunrise Rehab and Recovery and encourage you to ask away. We are here to put your mind at ease, so you can focus on what really matters: recovery. Below are answers to our most asked questions. If you have any more, please do not hesitate to give us a call. Our caring and compassionate team are ready to answer any inquiries or concerns quickly and confidentially.

  • What Should I Bring to My First Appointment?

If you are accessing our services on an outpatient basis, plan to arrive to your first appointment about 20 minutes early. Make sure to have your government-issued ID and, if you have them, copies of records for any previous treatment. If you are taking any medications, it is helpful to have a list and dose schedule as well.

  • What Forms of Payment Do You Accept?

We accept checks, cash, and major credit cards at time of service.

  • Do You Accept Insurance?

We work with most insurance companies to cover part or all of your treatment.

    These include:

    • Blue Cross Blue Shield
    • Aetna
    • Cigna
    • United
    • Humana
    • TriCare
  • What is the Missions Act?

The Missions Act expands healthcare to Veterans in an effort to improve access and quality of care. The Act allows Veterans to go to providers outside of the VA to access specialty care while still using their VA benefits.

  • What Should I Bring to Residential Treatment?

The goal of residential treatment is to give you the space you need to focus on healing from the effects of addiction and mental health disorders. We provide most everything that you need. We recommend that you bring:

    • Comfortable clothing: sweatpants, jeans, t-shirts, pajamas
    • Toiletries: shaving kit, deodorant, toothpaste, toothbrush; body wash or soap, shampoo and conditioner; for women, feminine hygiene products
    • Shower shoes
    • Reading materials
    • Minimal jewelry, such as a wedding band
