Admissions Information

Seeking treatment for alcohol and drug addiction can be a scary, frustrating and overwhelming process. Just picking up the phone and making that first call is hard. 

We are there for you and will guide you through the process one step at a time.

Phone Call

The first step is a pre-admission phone call, which typically takes 15-20 minutes. During this call we will ask questions and gather important information that will be needed to determine whether our facility is the right option for you or your loved one. We will answer any questions you have about our services and treatment team and discuss the prospective course of treatment.

Insurance

At this point, it will be imperative to verify your insurance coverage. We will gather the required information to confirm the benefits available to you. We strongly encourage you to contact your own insurance carrier to understand the coverage terms, conditions and limitations. If you are interested in paying privately for care, our staff will guide you through this process.

Admission

The final step is to schedule a time for admission. Please note that if there are referring or treating professionals with whom you would like us to communicate, you will be asked to sign a release of information allowing for that communication.
